Exciting news from Kirkwall! We are thrilled to welcome Sara J. Vosberg as our new Vice President of Operations. With over 15 years of experience in operational research, strategic planning, team leadership and program management, Sara has been a driving force behind major studies and initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense across the globe. She’s an expert integrator of people, planning, optimizing processes and leading high-impact programs—exactly what we need to take us into Kirkwall’s next phase of growth. We couldn’t be more excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make!

What Sara Will Be Doing at Kirkwall

Sara is here to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine as we continue to rapidly and efficiently scale. This will include strengthening key partnerships, fine-tuning sales processes and improving our software development workflow. With her expertise, we are embarking on a journey that will elevate our clients' experiences, unlock new opportunities for innovation and collaboration, and deliver even greater value.

Beyond her impressive resume, Sara brings a spirit of adventure to everything she does. A proud rural North Dakota native with a deep expertise in military and government strategy and emergent concepts, she thrives on tackling tough challenges. When she’s not leading operations or engaging partners, you’ll find her surfing, paddleboarding, lifting, running or reading. Basically, she’s always pushing the limits—whether in work or outdoor adventures.
